1. All course materials, templates, and resources remain the exclusive property of KeenBreeze Studio.
2. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or professional learning use only.
3. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any content is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Payment is required before access is granted. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to renewal. Refunds are considered only within 7 days of purchase and require written request via our contact page.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or harass other users.
• Do not use the platform for any illegal activity or in violation of any applicable law.
• Respect all copyright and trademark notices displayed on the site.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. KeenBreeze Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or courses.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access at our sole discretion without prior notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination all licenses granted automatically cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in San Francisco County.
